Solid start to the 21-22 ice season. Ice conditions vary greatly, so be cautious where you head-yes, there were still small patches of open water a couple days ago!
This morning consisted of knocking the rust off the auger, and getting the ice rods tuned up. Found fish in 5-6ft of water with the best bite between 8:45-9:30. Dead sticks narrowly won the day, but the aggressive fish still slammed the buckshot.
